    You can order the Von Treskow bangles in this App Diameter
    (inside bangle measurement)
    60mm, 63mm, 65mm and 67mm
    Other brand bangle usually come in one size App Diameter: 63cm or specify otherwise.

     3.  Q.  Do you sell gift vouchers?
    Yes, we do sell gift vouchers for amounts of $50, $100, $150 ,$200 ,$250 and $300
    You can choose to have:
    • The voucher emailed to purchaser
    • The voucher posted to purchaser
    • The Voucher posted to recipient
    Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years, are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    4.  Q.  Will the jewellery come wrapped up or in a gift box?
    When requested, Jewellery will come packaged in a beautiful box with a ribbon and a Duo bag, ready to be given as a gift, You can also add a gift card and enter a personal message if you wish.
      5.  Q.  Do you charge for shipping?
        We offer FREE shipping Australia wide on all orders over $120. For orders under $120 a flat rate of $13 is charged for shipping.
        6.  Q.  Do you ship internationally?
        Yes, we ship to most country. All international deliveries incur a cost of $35.
        Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days - We use registered Australian post.
        7.  Q.  How long will it take until I receive my jewellery?

        Estimated delivery within Australia:
        VIC / NSW / QLD: 5-7 Working days.
        N.T /W.A /S.A / TAS:  7-10 Working days.
        If there is no one at the address, Australia Post will leave a collection card and your parcel will need to be collected from your local post office.
        Estimated International delivery:
        7-21 Working days (it may take longer due to custom clearance)
        8.  Q.  Can I track my parcel?
        Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Orders can be tracked online atwww.auspost.com.au/track/
          9.  Q.  Can get a refund if I change my mind?
          We do not refund if you change your mind or made a wrong decision but we do offer an exchange or a gift voucher.

          10.  Q.  Do you have a warranty on your jewellery?
          Yes, we offer a 6 month warranty on all of our jewellery. On the rare occasions something does go wrong please contact us on (02) 9327 8197 or email us at sales@duo.com.au
            Please note that our products require special care and storage and we cannot accept returns caused from mistreatment or neglect of our products.

            Our jewellery is mostly made from 925 sterling silver. All specifications for each piece is listed on each product page for easy reference.
