RETURNS POLICY
RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS OF PURCHASE
Duo will provide you with a refund or exchange when goods:
- are faulty (upon purchase).
- have been inaccurately described.
- are different to the product that was ordered.
We will reimburse documented shipping charges for the return of goods when one of the matters above applies. If you wish for a refund, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original card of purchase.

EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like a exchange on a product Duo will be happy to assist you providing the item meets exchange policy criteria. Please complete a request for exchange form and email to sales@duo.com.au and a member from our staff will be in contact with you within 24 hours.
EXCLUSIONS
Duo cannot offer an exchange or refund for sales item. Duo cannot accept returns online through our retail stores and likewise an item cannot be returned online after being purchased at one of our retail stores.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
Email sales@duo.com.au to obtain a return request authorization sheet and a (RN) return/ exchange number. Once your return/exchange has been approved, you will receive a RN number. Fill out the returns sheet and send with the returned item/s to:
